What are the name servers and what I have to do with them?

Name servers should be changed at your domain registrant in order to get your web site online.
How do I connect via FTP?
ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com, where "yourdomain.com" is any of your domain names you have attached to UAPEER hosting.
Login (userXXX) and password are those, you set in panel.
What is the database address and can I connect to it externally?
In your php scripts you must set "localhost" and port 3306 for MySQL, port 5432 for PostgreSQL.
No external access granted by default for security reasons. If you need it, please make a request.
How can I manage my e-mail addresses?
You can use our webmail to access your mailboxes.
Or you can use your own external client (for example "The Bat!" or "Thunderbird"). In this case use single address "mail.yourdomain.com" for both SMTP and IMAP4/POP3 connections. Where "yourdomain.com" is any of your domain names you have attached to UAPEER hosting.
Mail relaying (port 25)
What does it mean? All my mail is being filtered?
UAPEER H.S. requires all VDS and dedicated server customers to use our mail relay to decrease bulk mail flow out of our network and to prevent possible backlisting of IP pool.
We do not filter your mail or performing spam checks, this is made for rate control. Delivery is guaranteed. relay.uapeer.eu (SMTP 25) - 500/24h, smtp-relay.gmail.com (SMTP-MSA 587, SMTPS 465) - 10,000/24h, smtp.sparkpostmail.com (SMTP-MSA 587, 2525) - 10,000/24h
How do I configure your mail relay on my server?
EXIM4
Open: /etc/exim4/exim4.conf.template
Add after "begin routers":
smarthost:
driver = manualroute
domains = ! +local_domains
transport = remote_smtp
route_list = * relay.uapeer.eu::25
Run: "update-exim4.conf" and "service exim restart" to take effect.
Postfix
Open: /etc/postfix/main.cf
Add or edit line:
relayhost = relay.uapeer.eu
Run: "service postfix restart" to take effect.
Sendmail
Open: /etc/mail/sendmail.mc
Go to the line:
define('SMART_HOST', 'mail.isp.net')dnl
Change it to:
define('SMART_HOST', 'relay.uapeer.eu')dnl
Run: "m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/mail/sendmail.cf" to take effect.
cPanel
In cPanel go to "Main" >> Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Editor
Choose "Advanced Editor" in textbox, right after section "ROUTERSTART" insert following configuration:

Qmail/Plesk
Open: /var/qmail/control/smtproutes
Add or edit line::relay.uapeer.eu
Run: "service qmail restart" to take effect.
Windows IIS
In IIS manager, right click on "SMTP virtual server", then choose "Properties".
Click on "Delivery" tab, than "Advanced".
In "Smart host" box, enter "relay.uapeer.eu".
Close IIS manager.
PHP/CGI or other scripts
Scripts must use local MTA with preconfigured relay or connect directly via SMTP relay "relay.uapeer.eu"
