These terms explain how we provide hosting and related services and your responsibilities as a customer. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
1. Provider and agreement
Your provider is UAPEER HOSTING SOLUTIONS LIMITED, company 11259161, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at International House, 10 Churchill Way, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 2HE, United Kingdom (“UAPEER”, “we”, “us”). Contact us through the client area or by email.
Your accepted order, plan specification, expressly agreed service terms, these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy form the agreement. An order is a request; the contract begins when we confirm acceptance. These updated terms apply to new orders from the date above. Existing contracts are not changed retrospectively merely by updating this page.
2. Accounts and service scope
Provide accurate contact and billing information, keep it current and protect your credentials. You must be at least 18, or act through an authorised adult or business representative. You are responsible for authorised users and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
Resources, location, management scope and billing term are those in your accepted order. We do not promise unlimited resources, uninterrupted service, particular response times or service credits unless expressly agreed. We provide services with reasonable care and skill.
3. Prices and renewal
Catalogue prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. The client area confirms the final total, taxes, setup charges, renewal price and billing period before you commit. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or charges.
Services are prepaid. Check renewal settings and due dates; an account-balance renewal needs sufficient funds. Failure to renew can lead to suspension and termination. We communicate material price or service changes before the next affected renewal, allowing cancellation before they take effect.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel through the client area or email, identifying the service and desired end date. Export your data first. Outside a statutory right, an agreed refund or a remedy for our failure to perform, early cancellation does not automatically create a pro-rata refund. You can request return of unused account credit, subject to legitimate verification and sums properly owed.
If consumer distance-contract cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from contract formation to cancel a service. Tell us by an unambiguous statement. You may use: “I cancel my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
If you expressly request service during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for service supplied before cancellation. The right is lost after full performance only when the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Domain, certificate or other third-party costs are non-refundable only to the extent lawfully disclosed and applicable; they do not override consumer rights. Statutory refunds follow the required deadline and method.
5. Content, security and backups
You retain ownership of your content and grant only the permission needed to host, transmit, back up and administer it to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and comply with applicable law and the AUP.
Keep independent backups and maintain applications, credentials and licences within your responsibilities. A backup feature does not guarantee recovery. Report incidents promptly; do not rely on access or recovery after suspension or termination.
6. Support and maintenance
Included support follows the plan scope; additional work or charges require agreement. Use the client area for requests. We may perform maintenance and necessary security changes, giving reasonable advance notice where practicable. Emergencies may require immediate action.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend a service for non-payment, a material breach, a legal obligation or a credible security threat. Where practicable, we explain the reason and allow reasonable time to resolve it. Urgent risks may require action first. You may request a review through support.
After termination, hosting and access end. Export or transfer data and domains before the end date. Operational copies are removed when no longer needed under the applicable retention process; legal, accounting and dispute records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Domains and certificates
Registries, registrars and certificate authorities have additional rules identified during ordering. Registration, transfer and issuance depend on availability and successful validation. Keep ownership details accurate and renew on time. Expiry, redemption and revocation may limit recovery.
9. Responsibility and liability
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers retain mandatory rights, including remedies for services not performed with reasonable care and skill.
For business customers, subject to those exceptions, our aggregate liability arising from the affected service is limited to the charges paid for it in the three months before the event. We exclude indirect or consequential business losses and loss of profit to the extent permitted by law. These business limitations do not remove mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes and disputes
Send complaints with the service identifier, issue and outcome you seek. We investigate and explain our response. Material changes to an existing agreement require appropriate notice and any consent required by law; a change needed to comply with law may take effect sooner.
English and Welsh law governs, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
